WEB DESIGN FOR LEADERSHIP COACHES
You’ve spent years building something meaningful.
But when someone lands on your site, they might not know that yet. If there’s a gap between who you are now and what your website says about you, you feel it every time you share that link. That gap is exactly what I’m here to close.
This isn’t a template. It’s an activation.
You’ve done the hard work of building something meaningful. The clients, the methodology, the reputation, all of it earned the right way. What you need now is a website that tells that story before you ever get on a call. That starts with research. Before a single page gets designed, I dig into your industry, your competitors, and the clients you most want to attract. I build your SEO foundation first, so the site doesn’t just look right. It gets found by the right people. What takes root is a living, breathing digital presence that works as hard as you do.
Sound familiar?
You’ve been meaning to update your site for a while now.
You know it doesn’t reflect where you are today, but between client work, running your business, and everything else on your plate, it keeps getting pushed to next quarter.
When a potential client asks for your website, there’s that familiar hesitation.
Not because your work isn’t good. Because your site doesn’t show them how good.
You’re not looking for someone to just make it pretty.
You’re looking for someone who will actually get it, and get it right.
If any of that hit close to home, let’s talk.

What you walk away with.
Every engagement is built around the same signature process. What changes is the level of support, how hands-on I am, and how deep we go into research and strategy. Every proposal is based on our initial conversation. Nothing gets packaged until I understand what you actually need.
Every package includes…
Strategy
The Foundation
A deep dive into your goals, SEO research, and competitor research so every decision we make is intentional before a single page gets built.
Build
The Work43>
A fully responsive WordPress website, Google Analytics connection, weekly progress updates, and revision rounds to make sure everything feels right.
Support
The Handoff
The depth of research, copywriting support, revision rounds, and project communication scale with each tier. After our call, I’ll put together your proposal and record a Loom video walking you through all three options, so you can take your time and choose what makes the most sense for right now and for where you’re headed.
Who this is for.
This process is designed for the founder who is done settling for a website that doesn’t do them justice. They’re invested in their business, value depth over speed, and understand that the right website isn’t a line item. It’s a legacy asset. They’re also someone who comes prepared, communicates openly, and wants a partner in the process, not just someone to hand off a task to. If you’re building something meaningful and you’re ready for a digital presence that finally reflects it, we’re going to work well together.
What it’s like to work with me.
There’s no handoff to a junior. No template pulled from a folder. Every project gets my full attention, from the first call to the final walkthrough. What I hear most from clients isn’t about the website itself. It’s that the process felt different than they expected. Less chaotic. More collaborative. Like someone was finally listening closely enough to get it right. That’s the standard I hold every project to. And it’s why so many clients come back.
Questions? Here are some answers.
What platform will my website be built on?
I primarily build on WordPress, but I also work in Squarespace and Wix when they’re a better fit for your business. We’ll talk through the options during our initial call and choose the platform that makes the most sense for your goals, your comfort level, and how you plan to manage your site after launch.
I've worked with a designer before and it didn't go well. How is this different?
I hear this more than you’d think. Most bad experiences come down to the same things: poor communication, no clear process, and feeling like you handed something off and lost control of it. This engagement is built differently. You’ll know exactly what’s happening at every stage, you’ll have a dedicated project portal, and nothing moves forward without your input. You’re a co-creator here, not a passenger.
I'm not sure I'm ready. How do I know if the timing is right?
If you’re asking that question, you’re probably closer to ready than you think. The intro call isn’t a commitment — it’s just a conversation. We’ll talk about where you are, where you want to go, and whether this is the right fit right now. If the timing isn’t right, I’ll tell you that too.
I don't even know where to start. Do I need to have everything figured out before reaching out?
Not at all! You don’t need a vision board, a content doc, or a clear idea of what you want. That’s what the process is for. The questionnaire and kick off call are designed to help you get clear on all of it. You just need to show up willing to dig in.
How long does the process take?
Every project is different, but most web design engagements run between 4 and 8 weeks, depending on the package and how quickly we’re able to move through feedback rounds together. We’ll set clear timelines from the start so there are no surprises.
Let’s grow something together.
The best projects start with a conversation. No pressure, no pitch. Just a chance to talk about where you are, where you want to go, and whether this is the right fit.
