Discovery
After your inquiry form has been received, I’ll be in touch so we can schedule a quick call to chat about your needs. You will then receive a proposal. Upon acceptance of the proposal, signed agreement, and payment of your first installment, we will start the onboarding process and you will be welcomed into your very own client portal!
Strategy
Upon entering our client portal, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire that will help you define your business vision, goals, and aesthetic desires. After I’ve received your completed questionnaire, we’ll book a strategy call to deeply explore the creative possibilities and direction of your brand.
Creative
This is when I get to work with competitor research and market analysis. If we are working together on your visual identity or website, I will get started with creative direction once this is finished.
Refinements
This is where you will get your first look at your new brand strategy, visual identity or website. Once they have been carefully reviewed, you will have the chance to request two rounds of refinements to ensure that everything aligns perfectly with your vision and your target audience.
Launch!
Once all refinements have been finalized and approval has been granted, it’s showtime! File handoff will begin and you will receive all of the necessary files and assets. We’ll work together to ensure a smooth and impactful debut.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take to complete my project?
Most projects can be completed within 4 weeks – but larger projects can take closer to 6 weeks. Our progress also depends on how quickly you’re able to review concepts and revisions and provide feedback.
How quickly can you start?
At times I book out a month or two in advance, so please reach out as soon as you know you might be ready to work with a designer!
What should I expect to spend?
Website design projects start at $2,400 for a landing page and $4,700 for a custom-designed site. Visual branding projects (including logo design) start at $1,600.
Do you design e-commerce websites?
Yes! Not only do I design them, I make sure that e-commerce sites work to the fullest of their capabilities – connecting with your POS and supporting inventory management. I’ve worked with Shopify, Wix, and WordPress platforms.
Do you only design in WordPress?
Yes, WordPress is the only platform I work on. It’s my fave for a number of reasons, including flexibility, scalability, security, and SEO-friendly just to name a few!
Will you work with my existing website, or do you only design websites from scratch?
I only design websites from scratch. It’s impossible to know exactly what your last web designer and developer put into place and can end up being like opening a can of worms to try and make any significant changes/updates.
Do you have a team that works with you?
LD Creative Designs is a one-woman operation, but I do have a phenomenal network of trusted providers who I regularly partner with. If it makes sense to incorporate more services into your project, I’ll match you with the right ones and provide overall creative direction.
Do you have an hourly rate?
I work on a project basis and charge a flat fee. I find it’s easier for everyone and there are no surprises on the final invoice! But if we’ve worked together previously and you just need some quick updates to your website or design file, I offer an hourly rate for those sorts of needs.
